Rally Update from the "RED BULL" Car 81 left Leyburn this morning on the way to Warwick and in number ONE position, both Col and Charlesy are "quite chuffed" about being the highest fundraiser after last nights tally... We have ended up finishing in number one spot with over $40,300 raised for Endeavour, that's about $4,000 ahead of those in second place, we have been able to achieve this with the support of the whole team of Robertson Scannell Accountants, they did a weight loss challenge and raised a significant amount of money which they planned to donate to local charities, Count Financial Limited matched their weight loss challenge dollar for dollar which saw them raise over $20,000 and they have kindly donated $5,000 of this to Endeavour on our behalf, which is wonderful support and has got us over the line and placed Car 81 in the number one position. Col and I are really chuffed, and overwhelmed at the support from friends, business colleagues and our supporters that have assisted us throughout. We are just leaving Warwick now on the way to the last waco section that is at the Condamine Gorge, we should hit Killarney about midday, there will be a presentation dinner tonight at Kooralbyn.... we are hoping to finish the rally proper and have completed every waco section so far, only one more to go, we think we will be in the top 10 at the finish, this is unbelievable for us, as we didn't have any expectations on how we were going to drive, we just wanted to finish the rally, and we have done well in the points too... Again a big thanks to all of our supporters, from Col and Charlesy...
