After a long hard slog across Australia and back, the CAR 81 team of Col Desbrow & Col Blackley finished as the second highest Fundraises of the event with a total of $24,800.
This was helped along by the auction of the Beanie of Hope which attracted fierce competition between rival rally competitors with each jostling for auction honours to help the Endeavour Foundation. With neither backing down, teamwork and compromise prevailed with both teams throwing in $10,000 each, Car 81 and Car 606 are now joint owners.
